WE ARE STILL HERE FOR YOU!!

 

In light of recent developments and concerns with the COVID-19 we have decided to make some adjustments here at RSR Motorsports.  To keep our staff and our customers healthy and safe we are implementing these changes effective immediately.

 

Here is our plan:

 

Our business hours will be Monday thru Friday 9am-5:30pm. We will accept vehicles by appointment only.  Please contact our shop, making an appointment, prior to having your vehicle towed.

 

Vehicle drop offs and pick ups will only be permitted between 8-10 am or 4-5:30 pm unless other arrangements have been made. For your safety and ours, customers will not be able to wait for their vehicle. In addition, the office staff will be working from home.  For security purposes I will have the doors locked with the exception of the drop off and pick up times stated above.

You may also contact us through social media or our website. You are more than welcome to text any questions or concerns to the RSR shop cell phone if phone conversations aren’t available. We will be checking our social media and emails constantly throughout the day. 

 

Job bids/quotes may be emailed to you or we will call you for your review and approval prior to working on your vehicle.  Payment will need to be made prior to picking up your vehicle. We can accept payment via phone. 

 

Once your vehicle is repaired, you will need to pick it up within 1 day.  We have limited space for cars. 

 

Please rest assured that every effort will be made to ensure your vehicle repairs are completed in a timely manner.  Please be patient with us as our part suppliers may be limiting their services as well.   

 

We have the best customers and we appreciate all of you. Thank you in advance for your consideration and cooperation to our business adjustments during this concerning time.  We will continue to monitor the virus situation and keep our customers updated.
